This was hard to accept first. It's sad when something so wonderful is ending, but we also see that it's the hand of the Lord. The whole time, ZHOP carried the sweetness of crucifixion. This little House of Prayer and it's tight community has been a hidden treasure in the heart of God. He has showed us so much about being crucified with Christ and the power of the Cross. A couple of months ago, we moved out of the Regent Park area across the state line to NC. The building we moved into was in the shape of a cross. Jesus was taken outside "the camp" to die on the cross.

ZHOP completion
In 2006, a team of Intercessory Missionaries were sent out to Charlotte, NC, from International House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City, MO. The Directors were Kirk and Dee Bennett. Zadok House of Prayer was birthed. The assignment was to pray in Charlotte. Now after four amazing years of hard labor, the assignment is completed. ZHOP is closing in October. The leadership, and the accountability team, came to this conclusion after a series of dreams, prophecies and confirmations. This is not because of a sin or bad leadership. Kirk and Dee are being called back to head up the "Justice" department of IHOP. Most of our staff are transferring out there too. ZHOP has finished strong.
